Rules & FAQ
Is Callsign one-way?
Yes. The coach unit sends; watches only receive. Players can't send anything back.
Is it legal in USSSA / NCS?
NCS rule 3.12 allows exclusively one-way communication devices from the dugout.
What about high school (NFHS)?
NFHS allows one-way devices to the catcher now, with the pitcher also allowed starting in 2027 — defense only.
Will my tournament allow it?
Rules vary by organization and event. Always check your tournament's rules before you play.
Does it work for baseball?
Yes — the baseball pitch set is coming soon. Choose Softball or Baseball when you order.
How does charging work?
Watches and the coach unit charge right in the carry case between games.

Free ground shipping anywhere in the US is included in every kit price.
Returns & warranty
Kits are made to order, so we don't take returns for a change of mind. Every kit has a 6-month limited warranty covering defects and anything that doesn't work out of the box.
Can I get my team logo on it?
Yes, for an additional cost. Custom kits are quoted individually, so contact us before ordering.
6-month limited warranty
Every Callsign kit is built to order and tested before it ships. If any part of your kit doesn't work right out of the box, or fails within 6 months of delivery because of a defect in how we built it, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
Not covered:
- Batteries, including watch batteries, coach unit batteries and power banks, which wear out with normal use. A battery that's dead on arrival is still covered.
- Cables, chargers, bands and other wear items after the first 30 days.
- Drops, cracked screens, crushing, water or sweat damage, or heat damage.
- Kits that have been opened, modified, or loaded with firmware we didn't provide.
- Normal wear and cosmetic marks on the cases.
- Lost games, missed calls or any other indirect losses. Callsign is a coaching aid, so always have a backup signal plan.
How to make a claim: contact us through the form below within 6 months of delivery. Include your order email, a description of the problem and a photo or video if you can. We'll troubleshoot with you first, and if it's a covered defect we'll repair or replace the part. Out-of-box problems need to be reported within 14 days of delivery.
This warranty doesn't affect any rights you have under state law.
